Directly Software, Inc. (“Directly”) owns and operates the Directly website located at directly.com (the “Website”) and provides a set of mobile and CRM apps and supporting technology (the “Platform”) that allows Directly enterprise customers (“Customers”) and their users, customers, partners, resellers, distributors, developers, and community members (collectively, “Users”) to create, view and complete questions, cases, tickets and other types of tasks (“Requests”).

A Note To Users Outside Of The United States. Your personal information may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country. Personal information collected within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) may be transferred to countries outside of the EEA for the purposes described in this policy.
Collection of Personal Information
By Directly. We will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other personal information you provide. To be a User of the Platform that completes Requests, you will need to create an account with Directly. If you create an account with Directly (“Directly Account”), we will collect your name, email address and password. When you send or respond to a Request via the Platform, the information contained in your Request or response will be collected by Directly and shared with the Directly Customer to which the Request relates (“Applicable Customer”). You may be required to provide certain information about your professional background, which, along with your other personal information, may be provided to third-party sources for verification purposes. We also collect personal information at other points on our Platform that state that personal information is being collected. Applicable Customers may also collect personal information from you in connection with your use of the Platform. Directly may conduct background checks on Users engaged in addressing certain types of Requests, with the permission of those Users, and the information contained in such background checks will be collected by Directly.

Disclosure of Your Information
Disclosures to Other Users. We disclose the content of each Request (including the first name of the User who sent the Request) to other Users that may respond to the Request; and we disclose the content of the responses to each Request (including the first name of the User who sent the response) to the User who originally sent the request (and to any subsequent User that poses a similar Request).
Disclosures to Applicable Customers. We disclose all personal information we have collected from or about you (including the content of all Requests and responses to Requests) to the Applicable Customer, which treats your personal information according to its own privacy practices.
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable). We may create aggregate information from personal information by excluding information (e.g., your name) that makes the information personally identifiable. We share aggregated demographic and usage information about Website users with our business partners. This information does not identify individual users. We reserve the right to use and disclose aggregate information for any purpose and to any third parties.
Legal Disclosures. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, in connection with any legal investigation, when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights (or those of other Users) and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, warrant, subpoena, or legal process served on us.
Service-related Announcements. We will send you service-related announcements when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.
App Notifications. We may send you notifications on your mobile device. You may disable these notifications in the settings of your device.
Customer Service. Based upon the personal information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your Directly Account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your indicated preferences.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
